Hill Gate Walk is a detached house forming part of a small 1980s gated development in Highgate. With an existing modern, upside-down layout, bedrooms to the lower floors lead onto a small garden and open living space to the upper floors. The internal space was sympathetically refurbished.

The dramatic change came from a modern glazed roof extension onto a large roof terrace with stunning views over North London.
